Once a bill payment has been initiated through Fleex, it cannot be canceled. Please review your
details carefully before confirming the transaction.
2. Refunds
All transactions are final and non-refundable. However, in case of failed or duplicate transactions,
the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to
confirmation from the payment gateway and bank.

All transactions and services offered via Fleex are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
