Work Commencement Terms And Conditions
Before proceeding with the project, the client must agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding throughout the engagement:
- Advance Payment
- The advance payment made is non-refundable and confirms the client’s commitment to the project.
- The advance will be deducted from the total project cost as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Third-Party Server Hosting
- We will host the project on the server as agreed.
- Any server setup, configurations, or related maintenance outside of hosting is the client’s responsibility.
- Third-Party Integrations
- The cost of any third-party integrations, licenses, or subscriptions required for the project will be borne by the client.
- We will provide recommendations for necessary integrations, but payment and activation are the client’s responsibility.
- Work Progress
- Our work progress depends on the timely provision of data, assets, and approvals by the client.
- Any delay in providing the required inputs may result in a delay in project timelines.
- Additional Requirements
- Any changes or additional requirements beyond the initially agreed scope of work will be charged extra.
- A written estimate for additional costs and timelines will be provided before commencing any extra work.
- Revisions and Feedback
- We allow up to 5 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
- Feedback and change requests must be provided in a consolidated format to avoid delays.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon final payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the client, excluding any third-party components or tools used in the project.
- We retain the right to use the project for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.
- Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to any unauthorized third party.
- Liability
- We are not liable for any issues arising from the client’s use of the deliverables beyond the agreed scope.
- We are not responsible for third-party services or products integrated into the project.
- Payment Terms
- Payment must be made according to the milestones or schedule agreed upon.
- Delay in payment may result in the suspension of work or services.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
- In the event of termination, the client will pay for work completed up to the termination date.
- Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
